Ruff Days R Over offers pet care services such as pet drop-in visits, dog walking, and pet transportation. All services are subject to availability and our discretion to accept or decline based on the needs of the pet, scheduling, or other factors. Service descriptions, pricing, and policies are outlined on our website and may change without prior notice.

3. User Responsibilities

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when booking services or contacting us.

  • You are responsible for ensuring your pet is healthy, vaccinated (if applicable), and suitable for the requested service.

  • You agree not to use our website for unlawful purposes or in a way that harms our business, staff, or other users.

4. Booking and Payment

  • Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment or as otherwise agreed.

  • Payments are non-refundable unless specified in our cancellation policy (see Section 5).

  • We currently accept Zelle and Venmo and reserve the right to adjust pricing at any time.

5. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made 1 hour in advance to receive a full refund or credit, unless otherwise stated.

  • No-shows or late cancellations may result in forfeiture of payment.

  • We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule services due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., weather, staff availability, or pet health concerns), in which case we will notify you and offer a refund or rescheduling option.

6. Liability

  • Ruff Days R Over, LLC is not liable for injury, loss, or damage to pets or property unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • You assume responsibility for your pet’s behavior and any risks associated with the services provided.

  • We are not responsible for errors, interruptions, or damages resulting from your use of our website.

7. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, and designs, is owned by Ruff Days R Over, LLC or used with permission. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use our content without written consent.

8. Privacy
Your personal information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. We collect and use data solely to provide our services and improve your experience.
