Refund Policy

At Ruff Days R Over, LLC, we understand that plans can change. To receive a full refund, cancellations must be made at least one (1) hour prior to the scheduled service time. Cancellations made less than one (1) hour before the scheduled service will incur a charge of 50% of the original service fee. No-shows or cancellations after the service start time are non-refundable. To cancel, please contact us at 813-957-7813. Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 7-10 business days to your original payment method.
